Terms of Service
By using Time Keeper (the “App”) you agree to these terms. The App is published by Halfbrain Research.
The service
Time Keeper lets you track Focus (count-up) and Timer (countdown) sessions, organize them into categories and sub-categories, and view history on Dashboard. We may update the App. Some features require Premium.
Your account
- You can use the App without an account; data then stays on the device.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep sign-in details secure. Don’t misuse the App or disrupt our services.
Your content
You own your projects, categories, and session data. You grant us permission to store and sync that data so the App can function across your devices.
Premium subscriptions (App Store)
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Title: Time Keeper Premium.
- Monthly — 1 month, $2.99 USD (or local equivalent).
- Yearly (Annual) — 1 year, $19.99 USD (or local equivalent).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After you cancel, Premium stays active until that period ends. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases.
If you are on Monthly, the Premium screen offers Upgrade to annual. If you are on Yearly, it offers Manage subscription, which opens Apple’s subscription manager. You can also manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Premium unlocks unlimited categories and unlimited sub-categories.
